Conditions of Sale
By purchasing on this site you acknowledge that you (Buyer) are in full agreement with all the Terms and Conditions of the sale described herein. The following Terms and Conditions represent the entire agreement with the buyer relative to the items on this website.
Payment Method
We accept all major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, and Discover.
Cashiers Check/Money Orders
If your item is being paid for by cashiers check or money order we will ship within 72 hrs. If you pay by regular check we hold your item for (8) days from the time we deposit your check or until it clears from your bank.
Item Descriptions
All photos logos, and other elements of each listing are intellectual property of One of a Kind Diamonds and are protected by copyright, trademark and/or other laws of the United States. One of a Kind Diamonds is not a jewelry store. One of a Kind Diamonds does not provide any gemological analysis of mounted or un-mounted stones or unfinished jewelry. One of a Kind Diamonds solely relies on the item descriptions provided by its suppliers to One of a Kind Diamonds. Item description only represent and estimated opinion and in no way shall One of a Kind Diamonds be held responsible for any inaccuracies or differences which could occur by examination of the item by other Gemological Laboratories or other experts in the field of grading gemstones and jewelry. One of a Kind Diamonds or its supplier (s) are not responsible for errors and omissions in the description, glossary, or any supplemental material. The descriptions and any amendments reflect One of a Kind Diamonds supplier’s sole opinion of the item (s) being sold. All property is sold AS IS without any representations or warranties by One of a Kind Diamonds as to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, the correctness of the information or other description of the physical condition, size, quality, rarity, importance, medium, providence, exhibitions, literature or historical relevance of any property and no statement anywhere, whether made in advertisement, or elsewhere, shall be deemed such a warranty, representation or assumption of liability. One of a Kind Diamonds makes no representations and warranties, express or implied, as to whether the Buyer acquires any copyrights, including but not limited to any reproduction rights in any property. We only offer Refunds as described in the Refund Return Policy paragraph listed below. All sales should be considered final. No statement made by One of a Kind Diamonds shall be deemed a warranty or assumption of liability by One of a Kind Diamonds or its supplier (s). All images in presented on this website are for identification purposes only and are not intended to represent the actual color or clarity of the item being auctioned. One of a Kind Diamonds disclaims responsibility for, and prospective Buyers should solely not rely upon details identifying metals, gemstones, weights, sizes, quality, condition or authenticity of any lot described or condition report. Buyers shall note that some natural gemstones may be processed by a variety of different techniques, including but not limited to, treatments using oil, heat and resins which offer and enhanced appearance. One of a Kind Diamonds will provide Buyers any available gemological certificates in One of a Kind Diamonds possession. The item descriptions may not necessarily state, whether these techniques have been used, and One of a Kind Diamonds makes no representation or warranties, express or implied, as to whether any natural stones have been treated.
Shipping
UPS, U.S Certified Mail, FedEx or other carrier ships all of our items.
All items will be insured and mailed with delivery confirmation. We only ship in the Continental U.S. Please note we do not ship to P.O Boxes. Shipping to an unverified address or P.O box is strictly prohibited so please provide us with residential or business address for delivery. Once your item is sent, we will automatically e-mail you shipment confirmation. Once One of a Kind Diamonds confirms payment, we will arrange to have your merchandise securely packaged and shipped via carriers selected by One of a Kind Diamonds. In no event will One of a Kind Diamonds by liable for loss or damage of property in transit. We are not responsible for the acts or omissions in our packing or shipping of purchased items or of other carriers or packages of purchased items, whether or not recommended by us. Delivery and Handling of purchased items is at the entire risk of the buyer.
Refund Return Policy
One of a Kind Diamonds offers a (5) day money back guarantee. Our goal is 100% customer satisfaction. If you are unsatisfied for any reason, you may return the original undamaged, unaltered item for a full refund less shipping and handling within (5) days after receipt. Please follow the return instructions listed below.
Return Process
To process the return you can call us at 813.261.2779 or email us to obtain the return address and return authorization number (RA#). Email needs to be sent with the subject heading labeled “Return – your jewelry ID number” to returns@oneofakinddiamonds.com. Include your full name and contact information in the body of the email message. If the item you received arrived damaged, please make sure to state that in the body of the email message. Also DO NOT THROW AWAY OR DESTROY THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING. For more information regarding damage claims see the section titled shipping charges and claims.
The following tasks are required for returns:
- 1. Properly pack item with tag and include the original jewelry box, copy of receipt and any gemological report (if applicable).
- The package must be shipped and insured via a trackable method such as US Postal Service Registered Mail, UPS or FedEx
a. The package must be insured for the full value of the diamond/jewelry.
b. You must request a delivery confirmation or return receipt with USPS.
Once the package has been received and the contents inspected, a refund will be issued by means of the original payment (except for wire transfer).
IMPORTANT – (Jewelry ID TAG) Please note: Any item that is returned under our policy must first contain our non removable (Jewelry ID TAG).
If you decide you want the item you can take off the (Jewelry ID TAG).
If you want to return the item please make sure the (Jewelry TAG) has not been taken off and is still there. Your item will be refused by our Customer Service Department if the Jewelry ID TAG is not present.
Return Policy
Note: One of a Kind Diamonds will not accept returns or issue refunds for the following:
- The item is returned outside the (5) day return window.
- The item does not contain our Jewelry ID Tag.
- The item is altered in anyway.
- The item is not the original item that was shipped.
- The item is damaged.
Refund Method
Refunds may be in the original form of payment except for wire transfers.
Shipping Charges & Claims
Shipping charges are non-refundable. All items shipped are insured. If in the extremely rare event an item should arrive damaged, please contact us immediately. DO NOT THROW AWAY OR DESTROY THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING. If a loss or damage claim has been made it may take from 30 to 60 Days before funds are paid on the claim. UPS, Fed Ex and the USPS require this amount of time to process a claim. If the claim is approved One of a Kind Diamonds will forward the funds to you within 48 hours. Communication
If you are unable to contact us via e-mail, and you need immediate attention, please contact our customer service department (800-791-1025) within the first 5 days after receipt of your goods (not including weekends or holidays).
